The competitions were held in Samangan province, and Sare Pol selective team won the title. Scores of football fans, local government officials, the AFF staff, Afghan Premier League officials, coaches and football veterans gathered in the closing ceremony in which Sare Pol selective team beat Balkh selective team 1-0.
