Kabul U-14 league kicked-off three months earlier among 12 teams that finally ended with championship of Hindukoshe Shamal “B” team. This team won the title after gaining 34 points, and Rasul Shahid and Pamir teams finished second and third gaining 26 and 21 points respectively. Sayed Asghar Hussaini from Pamir team became the best player and man of the match scoring 13 goals.
The final match was held between Hindukoshe Shamal “B” and Makroyan teams as closing game in which Hindukoshe Shamal “B” team overcame its opponent with a result of 2-0. Cups and medals were presented to champion and runner-up teams by Mohammad Yousuf Kargar, the AFF vice president.
