Ghor football federation has held football tournament under the name of “Counter Narcotics” few days back that finally ended with the championship of Isteqlal FC. The final was held on August 2 between Isteqlal and Ettihad FCs, in which Isteqlal FC could become champion of the tournament. Likewise, Abdurrahman Yaqubi, from Isteqlal FC, identified as top scorer netting 17 goals.
