Balkh first division league was organized as a league among 20 teams two months back that consequently Police Headquarter’s team and Hedayat team made it to finals, and Police Headquarter’s team became champion at the end. Both the teams scored 2 goals within the legal time, however, Police Headquarter’s team beat its opponent in penalty shootouts 5-4, enough to own the cup.
